Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to assist you. Our returns process is simple, and we're happy to offer returns for a full refund or store credit under the following conditions:
14-Day Return Policy
Full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for either a refund or store credit, provided they meet our return guidelines.
21-Day Return Policy
Full-priced items can be returned within 21 days from the date you received them for store credit, provided they meet our return guidelines.
Return Conditions
- A $10 AUD shipping fee applies to change-of-mind returns. This does not apply to returns of faulty items under Australian Consumer Law.
- For incorrect size or change-of-mind returns, items must be returned within 14 days for a refund or store credit, or within 21 days for store credit only.
- Items must be returned in original condition; unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags still attached. They must also be free from makeup, fragrance, and any signs of use.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Store credit will be issued once we review your return request.
- Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the purchase. If a Gift Card or Store Credit was used, the refund will be processed to that same method.
Exchanges
Due to our quick turnaround times, we do not offer exchanges.
Note: Under Australian Consumer Law, if an item is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
